Reunited!

It was a beautiful sunny morning in Connecticut. We walked around the grounds exploring the ponds and the stream that runs along the property. All of the recent rains have it as full as it gets. We packed and cleaned and I stripped the bed to wash the sheets when we get to Mahoneyville. The last stretch to Warwick was less than an hour and we rounded the corner at about midday. It’s been almost three months to the day since we’ve been together! It was great to arrive and reunite. Cali was almost as excited as I was.

PJ’s got lots of projects going on and was wearing a nice coat of paint herself. We caught up for a while then unloaded some of the gear. After a lunch of leftover pizza, we napped for part of the afternoon. Went shopping at Dave’s for dinner items and I put together some food for dinner.

It will feel odd setting aside the RV after our cross country ramble. 3355 miles over 21 days crossing 13 states. It’ll be nice to get a routine going for the hip and healthy eating. We’ll see what comes next.
