Just wanted to add a couple of quick pictures of the tidal changes in the Bay of Fundy. Yesterday’s post was getting a little long and over photoed so I thought to simply add a few shots here from a few different angles. Here’s some before and afters.

These ones have no before but you can see by the shoreline where the water rises to and imagine the shift in tide. The ones at Scots Bay are just starting to recede. They say with the shallower bottom of the bay that it is almost a kilometer of beach exposed at a full low tide.
Thank you for yesterday’s blog about PJ’s family background. I think everyone has heard about the Bay of Fundy tides, and your pictures really let me see how incredibly high and low they really are. Heading off to KIS. Happy Labor Day . Love you. Meema
